Subscription Terms

I. SUBSCRIPTION
“Plantum” software application (the “App”) is provided by AIBY Inc. (“we,” “us” or “our”) on a free basis. Once you download the App, you will have access to its basic features.
Access to some services and/or additional features within the App (“Premium options”) requires In-App Purchases, including paid subscriptions. The full list of Premium options and pricing are provided on the App’s page. You can choose different subscription options. Prices for different subscription options are indicated in the Information section of the App’s page. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may vary in countries other than the U.S.
You will have all the necessary information about your subscription plan and duration of the free trial period on the signup screen before the purchase.
Subscription with a free trial period will automatically renew to a paid subscription. Any unused portion of the free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription, where applicable.
Your subscription will be automatically renewed within 24 hours before the current subscription ends. Auto-renew option can be turned off in your Apple ID or Google Play Account Settings at least 24 hours before the current subscription ends.
II. FREE TRIAL
You may have an opportunity to try Premium options during the free trial period as provided on the signup screen. After the free trial period expires an auto-renewing subscription period will start on a regular basis.
Please mind that you will be charged automatically unless you cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the free trial period. When you cancel your subscription you will still have access to the basic features of the App.
III. PAYMENT METHODS
You can pay for your subscription via payment methods for the App Store and/or Google Play applicable in your region and via debit or credit card (the payment is processed via Stripe payment system), PayPal or Apple Pay for our website.
Payment will be charged to the payment method you provided at the time of purchase or after the end of the trial period. You authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fees to the payment method that you have chosen.
Please note that we or our third-party payment providers may charge a temporary verification fee in the amount of $0,50 to make sure that your banking card is valid. Any such fee will be automatically credited back to your account.
IV. CANCELLATION
No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period. Subscriptions are managed by you. Please note that removing the App from your device does not deactivate your subscription.
Please access your personal account on Stripe Customer Portal to see your subscription purchases and manage your subscription - the link will be shared with you in our email when your subscription is activated.
- If you purchased a subscription or enabled trial on the App Store: You may cancel a free trial or a subscription by turning off auto-renewal through your Apple ID account settings. To avoid being charged, cancel the subscription in your Apple ID account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the free trial or the current subscription period.
- If you purchased a subscription or enabled trial on Google Play: You may cancel a free trial or a subscription by turning off auto-renewal through your Google Play account settings. To avoid being charged, cancel the subscription in your account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the trial or the current subscription period.
- If you purchased a subscription or enabled trial on our website: You may cancel your subscription purchased on our website by contacting us via email: stripepayments@myplantum.com or our “Contact Us” form available on the website, or by clicking the cancellation link in the confirmation email you received after completing the registration process. To avoid being charged, cancel your subscription before the end of the current subscription period.
V. REFUNDS
Please note that, generally, all purchases are final and nonrefundable. There are no refunds or credits for partially used periods, except to the extent required by the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to reject your refund request if the stated reasons are considered not valid or if your actions reveal signs of unfair, dishonest or negligent use.
- If you purchased a subscription or enabled trial on the App Store: If you are eligible for a refund, you will have to request it directly from Apple. To request a refund, follow these instructions from the Apple support page.
- If you purchased a subscription or enabled trial on Google Play: You may cancel a free trial or a subscription by turning off auto-renewal through your Google Play account settings. To avoid being charged, cancel the subscription in your account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the trial or the current subscription period.
- If you purchased a subscription or enabled trial on our website: If you are eligible for a refund for any other purchase, please contact us via email: stripepayments@myplantum.com or our “Contact Us” form available on the website and give us a notice including the email address or telephone number associated with your account. Please note that we may ask you to provide us with some additional information if it is necessary for us to proceed with your request.
We provide refunds at our own discretion, subject to applicable laws and our internal policies. Refunds will be issued if we find the request acceptable. Please note that if we do issue a refund or credit, we are under no obligation to issue the same or similar refund in the future.
VI. CHARGEBACKS/DISPUTES
If, at any time, you initiate a chargeback or otherwise reverse any payment of applicable subscription fees in your account, we may disable or terminate your account immediately at our sole discretion for the breach of your payment obligations hereunder.
We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback received, including by providing the relevant financial institution with any information proving that the payment in question was authorized by the user responsible for such chargeback.
VII. CHANGES
We reserve the right to modify, terminate or otherwise amend our offered subscription plans at any time. We will give you reasonable notice of any such changes by posting them on or through the App and/or by sending you an email notification, or in other prominent ways. If you do not wish to pay the new fees, you can cancel the applicable subscription prior to the change going into effect.
